How do you know how old a roof is?

We read aerial imagery and weather history for each home and give you a tight age range. Not a guarantee, a close range. Want proof? Give us a roof you already know the age of and we'll tell you what we see. You decide if we nailed it.

Does this only work after a storm?

No. Old roofs are on your streets storm or not, and the slow seasons are exactly when this pays off. Connect your CRM and we'll surface the old estimates and past customers that have aged since you quoted them. No new ad spend, just the book you already have.

Doesn't Zillow or Google already show me old houses?

They show you when the house was built, not when the roof was last replaced. A 1985 house with a 2019 re-roof looks old on Zillow and is basically new. We track the actual roof, re-roofs and all, so you're not knocking doors that already got handled.

I already use EagleView. Isn't that the same thing?
